TfL 203 Bus Report Analyser

What the app expects

• Standard TfL movement report format (.xlsx)
• Metadata in the first 13 columns (SO, date, trip No., vehicle etc.)
• Actual stop passing times in columns 14+ (one column per stop)
• One sheet per direction — the app analyses each separately
• Works with any route — stops and schedules are auto-detected

Direction overview

This restores the network-level comparison view so the new AVL movement window remains an add-on, not a replacement for useful analysis already in the app.

Movement control notes

Use the selected sheet for detailed stop and trip analysis. The movement window can still show one direction, the matched pair, or all available directions at the same playback time.

AVL-style bus movement window

Full-width end-to-end playback. Where both directions exist, the app can show them together at the same playback time in one Trapeze-style command window. Stops now render as connected full-name timing-point labels driven directly from the loaded report, buses move smoothly between stops, and headway colours use true TfL-style forward headway control against scheduled headway, with live EWT exposure shaping alerts and controller suggestions.

This behaves like an operational AVL strip view rather than a GIS map: end-to-end lane, live vehicle positions across the full route, connected full-name timing-point labels driven from the loaded report, true forward-headway colour logic against schedule, and live EWT-style service exposure across both directions. Timing-point selection still affects KPI analysis only, not AVL vehicle visibility.

This restores the graph layer so the AVL add-on does not remove the earlier useful performance picture.
